Benefit Product Description
Benefit POREfessional Primer is available for $31 at Ulta, Sephora, and benefitcosmetics.com
I got this primer as a B-day gift from Ulta Rewards in 2017. That is why it is an adorable little mini. I had heard so many great things about this primer I was dying to try it. When I found out it was the first quarter Ulta Gift I was so excited!
I was really surprised by how smoothing this primer really is. It makes my skin feel so smooth and even! I never really got the hype around primer until I tried it.
My foundation goes on really nicely over this primer and doesn't get dewy spots like it used to. I love having a base between my foundation and my skin. I feel like it saves more pores from getting really clogged up.
This is a tinted primer but I don't really notice a colour change once I apply it and rub it in. I feel a definite skin change, smooth and soft but no colour. Here is what it looks like on the back of my hand.
Oh, and there is a slight fragrance to this primer but I like it. I don't really know how to explain it. It has a baby powder hint to it but it's different. It isn't nausea or headache-inducing. It's just has a nice sent.
Was it worth the hype? I think so! It is really smooth and does make my foundation look nicer!
Was it worth the price? My mini has lasted forever. I don't use it every day but I still think the big one that is $31 would be worth it. But that the same time I'd probably try to buy travel size ones.
I love the way this primer makes my skin feel and I really do think it makes my foundation look nicer and last longer!
That's it for this review. Thanks so much for giving it a read! I hope you enjoyed it! Have you tried the Benefit POREfessional Face Primer? What did you think? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
