Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil
Urban Decay describes this eyeliner as creamy, forever-lasting, and waterproof. They say that it is "velvety-soft, and stays soft and creamy for blending (about 30 seconds), then dries down to a long-lasting finish that will not budge."
"Created with 50% moisturizing ingredients suspended in a sophisticated waterproof formula, 24/7 Eye Pencils offer long-lasting colour and a dreamy, creamy feel when applied. With Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E and Cottonseed Oil."

The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils are available for $20 each in the US at Ulta, Sephora. If you are in the UK they are available for £15.50 at Debenhams. You can also find them for $20 on urbandecay.com or find a store near you on UD's Store Locator.
Here's my experience with the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil
I got these liners in a special Ulta 3 piece set that featured "Travel Sizes" or "Deluxe Mini Sizes" of their 3 most popular matte colours. In this set, I got Perversion, described as blackest-black matte, Smoke, described as deepest grey matte, and Sabbath described as deep navy matte.
Perversion and Smoke are also vegan! I believe that it's the dye in Sabbath that makes it non-vegan but I could be wrong. Many of the other colours are vegan too. It is stated one each colour on the UD site if it is vegan or not.
Now on to the pencils. I have all matte ones so I can't comment on the ones that have glitter in them.
I was so excited to try these pencils. I'd heard a lot about them. I was so excited to find them in a 3 pack deluxe mini set. Everyone made them sound amazing.
The finish on all three shades in true matte, as advertised. Which I love. I'm a matte girl all the way.
Here is Perversion.
They are really soft and creamy, almost like butter. They are so smooth! It almost doesn't feel like I'm putting anything on. I'm surprised that they are true matte given that they are so creamy.
The pigmentation is great and it blends out well before it dries. It dies in about 30 seconds maybe 40 and it does not smudge or move.
I swatched them on the back of my hand the day I got them and left them on for 24 hours. I made sure not to get soap on the back of my had but it did get wet. It stayed put and didn't even fade.
When I went to remove the swatches I let the water pour over my hand and the swatches didn't move at all. It stood up in the water but when I removed them with soap and water and actually started to rub them off they came off easily. I only had to use hand soap, no makeup remover was needed.
Now, this was after 24 hours. When I wore Perversion on my eyes, less than 12 hours of wear, it took 2 washes with makeup remover to get it all.
On the eyes, it wears well. It was easy to adjust mistakes and it wore all day. I have worn this liner on my lid, tightline, and waterline. All wore great and stayed put all day.
The pencil itself is of great quality. I've had liners flake apart and break. This one stayed together.
So is it worth the hype? Yes. I love these pencils so much. They are so soft and creamy, with great colours and staying power. And I love that they are waterproof.
Is it worth the price? The quality of these pencils is amazing! I got mine in a 3 piece deluxe mini set for $19 but I'd pay $20 for each of them. They are amazing. But keep your eye out for Ulta and Sephora sets they are great deals!
I'd also like to mention that the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Kohl Eyeliner is a great dupe for this liner! The Rimmel one is slightly less creamy but is almost a perfect match. And the best part? Rimmel's liner is only $4.49 at Ulta!
That's it for this review. Thanks so much for giving it a read! I hope you enjoyed it! Have you tried Urban Decay's Liner? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message me.
